Part-Time Afterschool STEM Assistant

This is a great opportunity for high school students from Bedford, Burlington, Billerica, and nearby communities who want to gain valuable work experience while helping children learn and grow. Inventor STEM School is seeking a friendly, responsible, and energetic Part-Time Afterschool STEM Assistant to support our weekday programs for children in Bedford, MA. This role combines supervising children during afterschool activities, and hands-on STEM projects with assisting families by phone and email. The assistant will help with LEGO building & robotics, coding, and Minecraft activities while maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. The primary schedule is Monday–Friday, approximately 3:00–6:00 PM, with optional weekend hours available. Enrollment & Program Coordinator (Enrichment & Camps)
STEM School Inventor is seeking a proactive and organized Enrollment & Program coordinator to drive student enrollment for enrichment programs and camps while ensuring smooth daily operations of weekday classes. This role combines sales and on-site program coordination, including managing incoming leads, scheduling and conducting trial sessions, converting families into enrollments, and maintaining strong parent communication. The candidate will also supervise and run Tuesday–Thursday afternoon classes, ensure high-quality student experience, and support class capacity optimization. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, detail-focused, comfortable working with children, and motivated by achieving measurable results in enrollment and program performance.
