  • Printed or digital curriculum
  • Worksheets and instructional materials

All Rental Kits remain the property of Inventor STEM School unless explicitly sold to the customer.

The renting parent or legal guardian is responsible for:

  • all users of the Rental Kit;
  • supervising minor children;
  • complying with these Terms;
  • returning the Rental Kit in accordance with these Terms.
  1. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the pickup, delivery, or shipment date and ends on the scheduled return date communicated by Inventor STEM School.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard rental period is four (4) weeks.

Extensions may be available upon request and subject to inventory availability.

Inventor STEM School reserves the right to approve or deny extension requests.

  1. Curriculum License

Educational materials, lesson plans, worksheets, videos, presentations, software, and other curriculum content provided through the Home STEM Program are licensed, not sold.

Inventor STEM School grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use such materials solely for personal educational purposes during the rental period.

  • use curriculum for commercial teaching, tutoring, camps, schools, or other business purposes.

All curriculum and educational content remain the intellectual property of Inventor STEM School and its licensors.

Rental Kits may not be transferred, subleased, loaned, or rented to any third party.

  1. Return of Rental Kits

Customers agree to return all equipment, materials, accessories, and components by the scheduled return date.

Returned Rental Kits must include all items originally provided, except for ordinary wear resulting from normal educational use.

Inventor STEM School may inspect all returned equipment to verify completeness and condition.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all components are returned together.

  1. Missing, Damaged, or Unreturned Items

Customers are responsible for Rental Kits from the time they are received until they are returned and accepted by Inventor STEM School.

If equipment, components, accessories, curriculum materials, storage containers, chargers, electronics, or other items are:

  • lost;
  • stolen;
  • damaged beyond normal wear;
  • destroyed;
  • returned incomplete;

Inventor STEM School may charge the customer for repair, replacement, or restoration costs in accordance with the Home STEM Damage & Replacement Policy.

Normal wear from ordinary educational use will not result in charges.

  1. Late Returns

Rental Kits not returned by the scheduled return date may be subject to late fees.

If a Rental Kit is not returned within a reasonable period, Inventor STEM School may treat the Rental Kit as unreturned property and charge the replacement value of the equipment.

Any applicable late fees or replacement charges will be determined according to the Home STEM Damage & Replacement Policy.

  1. Payment Authorization

By renting a Rental Kit, the customer authorizes Inventor STEM School to charge the payment method on file for:

Inventor STEM School will provide reasonable documentation of any such charges upon request.

  1. Safety Notice

Rental Kits may contain:

  • small parts;
  • electronic components;
  • batteries;
  • moving mechanisms.

These items may present choking, injury, or other risks, particularly for young children.
