At INVENTOR STEM School, we are passionate and mission-driven about helping children develop new horizons and follow their dreams—so that they can pursue meaningful jobs and become whatever they want to be. We create engaging, hands-on learning environments where children explore robotics, engineering, coding, and creative problem-solving while building confidence, teamwork, and life skills.

As we grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals who share our values and are excited to contribute to both educational excellence and child development. Below you will find details about current opportunities to join our team.

Enrollment & Program Coordinator (Enrichment & Camps)
STEM School Inventor is seeking a proactive and organized Enrollment & Program coordinator to drive student enrollment for enrichment programs and camps while ensuring smooth daily operations of weekday classes. This role combines sales and on-site program coordination, including managing incoming leads, scheduling and conducting trial sessions, converting families into enrollments, and maintaining strong parent communication. The candidate will also supervise and run Tuesday–Thursday afternoon classes, ensure high-quality student experience, and support class capacity optimization. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, detail-focused, comfortable working with children, and motivated by achieving measurable results in enrollment and program performance.

Social and Educational Support Manager
The Social and Educational Support Manager is responsible for coordinating educators and staff, integrating social-emotional learning (SEL) into STEM programs, and supporting children’s development through hands-on activities and structured guidance. The role includes training instructors, observing and improving group dynamics, designing SEL-focused modules within robotics and creative learning environments, and directly supporting students during classes and workshops. The position also involves evaluating program effectiveness, contributing to hiring and staff development, maintaining policies related to child safety and inclusion, preparing reports and communication materials, and representing the organization in community and educational settings. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in education or social work, with preference for candidates experienced in STEM/STEAM environments and child development practices. AI/Data analytics professional certificate required.

Enrollment Representative (Academy)
Inventor Academy is seeking a driven, mission-aligned Enrollment Representative to help us connect with prospective families and fill our 2026 classes. You will be the first voice many families hear – guiding them from initial inquiry through enrollment decision. This is a short-term, part-time role with real impact and, for the right candidate, a potential option to convert to a permanent position as Inventor Academy grows. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with sales or admissions experience who can independently drive enrollment for Inventor Academy.
