Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Inventor STEM School, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all families while ensuring we can properly plan and deliver high-quality programs.
When you cancel a program, you may request either a full credit toward a future Inventor STEM School program or a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds issued back to the original payment method will be reduced for 3% to reflect non-refundable payment processing fees.
If you cancel your registration at least seven (7) days before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund to your original method of payment (less applicable processing fees) or a full credit equal to the amount paid. No additional fees apply in this case.
If you cancel less than seven (7) days before the program start date, a $50 administrative fee will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment (less applicable processing fees) or issued as a full credit toward a future program. We understand that personal or family circumstances may arise, and this administrative fee may be waived at our reasonable discretion.
Credits issued by Inventor STEM School may be used for any future program, are subject to availability, and are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.
For vacation programs, missed days and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. For ongoing classes, we offer make-up options for missed sessions when availability allows. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance and are subject to space and scheduling constraints.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@inventorstemschool.com and should include the student’s name, the program name, and the requested action. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under Massachusetts law. By registering for a program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
