Q. Does my child need prior robotics or coding experience?

No, your child does not need any prior robotics or coding experience to join our classes! Our staff will assess your child to find the best starting level. Our curriculum introduces robotics and coding basics in a fun way. As students progress, we help them build more advanced projects.

Q. Are the classes difficult?

While classes are educational, our main goal is ensuring students have fun and succeed!

Q. How do I choose the right course or level?

We offer a free trial lesson to help you choose the right course. During the trial, your child participates in a full class. Teachers observe and assess your child’s skills, then recommend the most suitable course level.

Q. What happens if my child misses a class?

If your child misses a class, we offer flexible make-up sessions. Contact us, and we’ll help schedule a convenient time.

Q. Can my child switch courses mid-semester?

We regularly assess students to ensure they are in the right course. If a class becomes too easy or difficult, we’ll recommend adjustments. If your child’s interests or schedule changes, we’ll help find another suitable course. If no suitable options are available, we may cancel the rest of the semester and credit your family account for the unused classes.

Q. What is your Class cancellation policy ?

If you cancel your class enrollment 21 days or more before the first class, we’ll transfer the full payment to your family credit account.
If you cancel between 21 and 7 days before the first class, we’ll transfer your payment to your family account minus a $50 cancellation fee.
For cancellations less than 7 days before the first class, a $100 cancellation fee applies. The remaining balance goes to your family credit account.

Q. What is your Vacation Programs cancellation policy ?

If you cancel 21 days or more before the program start date, the full amount is credited to your family account. This credit can be used for any classes or vacation programs.
If you cancel between 21 and 7 days before the start date, your payment minus a $50 cancellation fee will be credited to your family account.
For cancellations fewer than 7 days before the start date, a $100 cancellation fee applies, and the remaining balance is credited to your family account.

Q. Can I receive a refund to my original payment method?

If you prefer a direct refund to your debit or credit card rather than receiving family credit, we apply 3% administrative fee to the total order amount .
