COVID-19

Masks and Distancing

• Masks are required at all times for instructors, staff, students, and parents/
  visitors. Masks must be multi-layered with earloops or ties that cover the mouth and
  nose with a snug fit.
• Large, de-densified, well-ventilated classrooms: normal capacity of 8-12 students
  per class currently reduced by 50%.
• Clear dividers have been installed at Reception and available for use in
  classrooms.

Cleaning and Sanitizing

• All high-touch surfaces and learning materials in classrooms and common areas are
  sanitized regularly throughout the day. These include, but are not limited: student
  tables, LEGO bricks, keyboards, iPads, door handles, light switches, and other
  surfaces
• Professional surface cleaning and disinfecting nightly (including floors).
• Designated one-way foot traffic wherever possible.

Handwashing/Sanitizing

• Automatic hand sanitizer dispensers installed in common areas and at each classroom
  door, and easy access to ample, well-supplied restrooms for handwashing.
• Students directed to sanitize their hands when entering and exiting classrooms.

Drop-off/Pick-up and Symptom Screening

• Families of enrolled students are required to sign an agreement stating that they:
  • Understand the daily symptoms they should be monitoring for themselves and
    their child, and will keep their child home if any of these symptoms develop
  • Will immediately notify the Director and stay home if they, their child, or
    other household member has been diagnosed with COVID-19
• Families are asked to be mindful of keeping adequate distance from others during
  drop-off and pick-up. Symptom screening and data collection (for contact tracing
  purposes) are required of all non-student visitors (including
  parents/families)
  entering any area beyond Reception.
• Daily symptom/travel screenings are required for all instructors and staff
